Summary Statement:

Provide Maintenance Department support to include administration, research and troubleshooting.  Work with LTL locations and employees on maintenance related activities with a focus on customer service and process efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer the repair authorization and the issuing of purchase orders to approved dealers/independent service providers
• Negotiate parts and labor pricing with dealers/independent service providers.
• Review invoicing for billing accuracy, warranty and rebills to customer.  Match invoices with purchase orders and process in LTL maintenance system.
• Administer customer preventive maintenance program and update unit information in LTL maintenance system.  Generate weekly customer PM reports and assist customer with scheduling inspections.
• Assist LTL Sales department with technical and mechanical information regarding maintenance on vehicles.
• Management projects as requested.
Required Qualifications:
• Microsoft Office applications proficiency.
• 4 + years heavy truck experience including knowledge of truck components/maintenance concepts desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Organizational skills; attention to detail; strong follow-through.
• Self starter.
